HVAC
Climate control and comfort is provided by Texas multi-zone air conditioning systems. There are 4 Trane chillers with a capacity of 2850 tons of chilled water. Heat is provided by two natural gas fired boilers. The Shops At Houston Center comfort is controlled by state-of-the-art energy management systems.

Elevators
The Shops At Houston Center is serviced by 14 passenger elevators, four freight elevators and four sets of escalators.

Auditorium and Marketing Center
Auditorium with 70 seats - $30 per hour for HC customers ($200 Per Day Maximum)
Auditorium with 70 seats - $50 per hour for Non-HC customers ($300 Per Day Maximum)
Marketing Center with 12 seats - $30 per hour ($200 Per Day Maximum)
