About Houston Center
Houston Center is a major mixed-use urban real estate development in the heart of Houston’s dynamic central business district (CBD). Owned and managed by Crescent Property Services, Inc., the multi-block complex has been artfully developed according to classic design principles as an exciting destination for people.
Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership acquired the Houston Center development in September 1997. Today, Houston Center is comprised of:
- Almost 4.5 million square feet of Class A office space in four office towers
- The Shops at Houston Center, downtown Houston’s only enclosed retail mall
- The Four Seasons Hotel and Four Seasons Place Apartments
- The Downtown Club at Houston Center, a private athletic and dining facility; east of CCA’s Downtown Club Alliances
- Six parking garages and surface parking lots
In addition, the development is directly adjacent to the City of Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, 1,200 room Hilton Americas Hotel and Houston Pavilions.
