2 Houston Center
2 Houston Center, also considered the gateway building to the Houston Center development, was completed in 1974 and occupies the full city block bounded by Fannin, McKinney, Walker and San Jacinto Streets. The tower features 40 floors of Class A office space, six underground parking levels accommodating approximately 495 automobiles, a magnificent three-level public lobby and two above-the-street outdoor plazas. Net rentable area is 1,024,956 square feet.
